As you are aware, in early January 2010, ownership of Anachem's Manual Liquid Handling business (pipettes and laboratory consumables) was transferred to Mettler-Toledo International Inc.
To clarify Anachems position with regards to the products & services we provide, Anachem will continue to stock a comprehensive range of Gilson pipettes and tips and is still able to supply and fully warranty these products, as we have done for the past 40 years. We will also continue to provide Pipette Servicing for all manufacturers' pipettes, including Gilson.

Q. Can I still buy Gilson products from Anachem?
A. Yes, we continue to stock a comprehensive range of pipettes and tips as we have always done.
Q. Is there a price increase for these products?
A. No, list prices on Gilson products have not been increased and will not be increased in 2010.
Q. Is my Contract Price Agreement still valid for Gilson products?
A. Yes, all Institute pricing agreements with Anachem are still valid.
Q. Can I still get my Gilson pipettes serviced by Anachem?
A. Yes, we service & calibrate all makes and models of pipettes including Gilson pipettes.
Q. Are my pipettes still covered by a full warranty?
A. Yes, We provide a full warranty to all of our customers on the goods and services which Anachem Ltd. provides, including all Gilson products.
